DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR PRINCIPAL OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF PRINCIPAL OFFICERS. |
(d) The Board of Directors of Paychex, Inc. appointed Jonathan J. Judge, age 50, to serve on the Board and the Executive Committee of the Board effective October 6, 2004. Mr. Judge was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the Registrant on October 1, 2004.
