Note P — Related Parties During fiscal years 2017, 2016, and 2015, the Company purchased approximately $0.6 million, $4.9 million, and $6.9 million, respectively, of data processing equipment and software from EMC Corporation. The former Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of EMC Corporation is a member of the Company’s Board. During fiscal years 2017, 2016, and 2015, the Company purchased approximately $2.9 million, $2.3 million, and $1.7 million, respectively, of office supplies from Staples, Inc. The Vice Chairman of Staples, Inc. is a member of the Company’s Board.
