ROCHESTER, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- September marks the month our nation recognizes millions of hard-working Americans with the celebration of National Payroll Week September 7-11, 2009, and encourages them to save for retirement with the observance of 401(k) Day on September 11. The Profit Sharing/401(k) Council of America (PSCA) created 401(k) Day as an annual event to promote retirement savings education.
