Paychex Names New Vice President of Eastern Operations

Bryan Hodge has 10 years of management experience in payroll operations

ROCHESTER, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Paychex, Inc. today announced the promotion of a veteran senior manager in its operations organization. Bryan R. Hodge has been named the company's vice president of operations for the Eastern United States. Additionally, the Paychex Board of Directors appointed Hodge an officer of the company.

Hodge has 20 years of management experience in operations and retail sales, with 10 of those years in payroll operations. He was regional vice president of operations for Advantage Payroll Services, Inc., a privately owned payroll provider, when Paychex acquired Advantage in 2002. Hodge then joined the Paychex operations management team as manager of the company's Providence, R.I. branch. Most recently, he served as director of operations for Paychex Premier(R) HR Services, the company's comprehensive outsourcing solution serving 453,000 client employees, nearly as many as our next three competitors combined.

Prior to joining Advantage Payroll Services, Hodge held management positions with Limited Brands, Inc. and G.H. Bass and Company. Hodge, a native of Rockland, Mass., holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from the University of Massachusetts.
