Paychex Names New Vice President of Insurance Operations
Kevin Hill, 20-year health insurance industry veteran, also appointed company officer

Paychex, Inc. today announced that Kevin N. Hill has been named the company's vice president of insurance operations, a newly created position. The Paychex Board of Directors has also appointed Hill a new officer of the company. Hill is a senior executive with more than 20 years of experience in the health insurance industry. Most recently, he was president and chief operating officer of Excellus BlueCross BlueShield, a $4 billion company that provides health care services across upstate New York and is headquartered in Rochester, New York.

Prior to joining Excellus BlueCross BlueShield, Hill was vice president and chief operating officer of BlueShield of Northeastern New York in Albany, New York, a division of BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York based in Buffalo. Before assuming leadership of the Albany operation, Hill was senior director of sales and marketing at the Buffalo location.
Hill, a native of the Detroit area, received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.
