Kimberly Kelly wins Silver Leadership Award

Chief Learning Officer, a leading magazine for the enterprise learning industry, has presented Kimberly Kelly, Paychex director of training and development, with the Silver Award in the Leadership category of its annual Learning In Practice awards. The awards recognize the best and the brightest minds in corporate learning, honoring industry leaders who have demonstrated excellence in the design and delivery of workforce learning and development programs.

Ms. Kelly joined Paychex in 1985 as a payroll specialist. Through the University, each of Paychex's 11,000+ employees receives an average of 107.5 hours of training annually. Under Ms. Kelly's leadership, the University of Paychex has been named one of Training magazine's top training organizations for six consecutive years.
